How do I book a cleaning service?
Open the Klnzr app, choose a service category (shoe cleaning, carpet cleaning, laundry,
car wash, or AC cleaning), select your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking.
You will be matched with a vetted professional in your area.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can manage your bookings from the Bookings tab in the app. Select the booking you
wish to modify and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I contact my service provider?
Once a booking is confirmed, you can message your service provider directly through the
Support tab in the app.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our
account deletion page
for instructions on how to permanently delete your account and associated data.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Klnzr does
not store your payment card details.
