Delivery & Shipping Policy
Effective date: April 22, 2026
Klnzr is a service-based platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All services involve either an in-person visit by a supplier to your location, or a pickup/drop-off of items (e.g., shoes, carpets, laundry). The terms below describe how these logistics are handled.
Service Area
Klnzr currently operates across Greater Cairo, including Nasr City, Heliopolis, Maadi, Zamalek, New Cairo, and surrounding areas. Service availability is shown in the app based on your location. Bookings outside covered areas may not be fulfilled.
Pickup & Delivery Services
For services that require collecting your items (carpets, laundry, shoes), the supplier will contact you to confirm a pickup window after you place your booking. Typical pickup windows are:
- Shoe Cleaning — pickup within 24 hours; return within 24–48 hours.
- Carpet Cleaning — pickup within 24 hours; return within 48–72 hours depending on carpet size and condition.
- Laundry — pickup within 24 hours; return within 24–48 hours (standard) or same day where available.
On-Site Services
For services performed at your location (Car Wash at Home, AC Cleaning), the supplier will visit the address you provided in the app within the scheduled window. You will receive an in-app notification when the supplier is on their way.
Delivery Fees
A delivery fee may apply for pickup/drop-off services. The exact fee is displayed in the booking summary before you confirm payment. Delivery fees are non-refundable once a pickup has been completed.
Delays & Rescheduling
If a supplier is unable to meet the scheduled window, you will be notified via the app. You may reschedule at no extra cost. Klnzr is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our suppliers' control.
Missed Pickups
If a supplier arrives for pickup and is unable to access your location or contact you, the booking may be marked as a failed attempt. A re-pickup may incur an additional small fee. Please ensure someone is available at the agreed time.
